Todd Olson is the owner of OD Beverage Company and Angel Fox Foods, two companies that develop products focusing on flavor, taste and all-natural ingredients.

 

During his 26 years working in the aircraft manufacturing industry, Todd’s need for creativity led him to enroll in the Art Institute of Seattle’s Computer Animation night program.  During his last quarter, they started offering a Culinary Arts program, which sparked his true passion - making great food and sharing it with others.

 

Playing guitar, taking pictures and restoring old cars are the current top three hobbies taking up any of Todd’s free time.
